Brnabic: I strongly condemn verbal and physical violence against education workers
She thanked the competent authorities for their swift reaction
President of the Serbian National Assembly Ana Brnabic said today that she strongly condemns verbal and physical violence against education workers - educators, teachers, professors.

During and unscheduled press conference held at the Serbian Assembly building, she said that this was unacceptable and that she expects general condemnation from all of society.
Brnabic asked that the competent committee for education meet and support the efforts of all relevant ministries, in order to solve the problems and, if necessary, change laws, something that will be considered by the National Assembly.
She said she was disappointed that this topic was being used as a political issue.
"It is not a topic to be used as a political weapon," said Brnabic.
