Aleksandar Vulin: You threaten, get us sacked, sanction us in vain - Kosovo is Serbia
"Albanians have always been afraid of the bosses in Washington, but also of the ambassadors in Pristina," says Vulin
Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin, who is currently in Moscow, has issued a statement:
"The so-called ambassador of the US in Pristina has a problem with the Declaration of the All-Serb Assembly. Hovenier has no problem with (Albin) Kurti banning the (Serbian) dinar, which violates every agreement, and with the fact the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) is yet to be formed 12 years later. But he is angry because Serbia and the Serb Republic do not recognize Kosovo. If it makes it easier for him - we also do not recognize him as an ambassador, and even the Albanians hardly do.
That's why Hovenier is doing his job in Pristina like he was sent there as a punishment. Albanians have always feared the bosses in Washington, but also the ambassadors in Pristina. Ever since Hovenier was sent to them, they only fear his bosses. You are threatening us, getting us sacked, putting us under sanctions in vain - Kosovo is Serbia," stated Aleksandar Vulin.
Vulin is on an official visit to Moscow and he in this way reacted to the statement of the so-called US ambassador in Pristina, Jeffrey Hovenier, who said that his country does not agree with the Declaration, adopted during the All-Serb Assembly held in Belgrade over the weekend, which states, among other things, that Kosovo and Metohija is an integral part of Serbia.
