A video of a man picking up hailstones and demonstrating how "snowballs" could be made out of them has shocked everyone. "Where is this," many asked in the comments.

Earlier in the day, Belgrade was hit by a storm with heavy downpour and thunder. The storm then moved eastward, across the capital.
