Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said today that the results of the autopsy show that Djordje Mijatovic died of head injuries.

"Since we got hold of the footage in the meantime, I think it is clear that after the fight in which they (the suspects) participated, he (the victim) was injured so badly that he died in the Emergency Center as a result. And precisely because of this, these two minors, they are the main suspects, and will be handed over to the prosecutor's office and other state authorities in order to be prosecuted on the most serious charges," said Dacic.

Dacic commended members of the police who worked on the case, because, according to him, it was an extremely complicated case where there were no eyewitnesses and everything had to be approached very carefully.

"We confiscated several recordings from security cameras that are on some other structures, since there is no camera directly recording that particular spot. But it was possible to identify faces from all those cameras, with a lot of attention, because they are minors. So, as far as the police are concerned, it should be clear to everyone that no one (involved) will be able to avoid arrest," said Dacic.

He also cautioned the media to take into account that the case involves minors and that according to our laws, they are entitled to protections.

The interior minister also spoke about another case, to announce that a court in Spain made a decision to extradite Milinko Brasnjevic, who was arrested in that country in a joint operation carried out by Serbian and Spanish police.

"He is suspected of being the direct perpetrator in a murder case in Athens several years ago," said Dacic.
