Director of the public company Vodovod Goran Pavic resigned for moral reasons immediately after it was announced that workers from the company he headed were suspects in the crime
New witnesses were interviewed today at the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zajecar as part of the case of the disappearance and murder of toddler Danka Ilic. Their statements could possibly lead to the solving of this very difficult and complicated crime.
"Today, the director of JKP Vodovod from Bor, Goran Pavic, as well as a resident of the village of Luka, were interviewed as witnesses. Tomorrow, two more witnesses will be questioned," the prosecution in Zajecar told Telegraf.rs.
We have unofficially learned that, in addition to director Pavic, a friend of one of the suspects, Srdjan J., from Luka gave his testimony before the prosecutor. According to unconfirmed information, he often lent him his car, so now the question arises whether that car was also used in the criminal act which Jankovic is suspected of.
Director of the public company Vodovod Goran Pavic resigned for moral reasons immediately after it was announced that workers from the company he headed were suspects in the crime.
He was today responding to the prosecutor's questions about the work assignments and tasks that Jankovic and Dragijevic, the suspects, had the day of Danka Ilic's disappearance in Banjsko Polje.
Pavic spoke about the work orders that the two had and which locations they were supposed to visit, said a source with knowledge of the investigation into this monstrous crime.
