The derelict structure located between Despota Stefana Boulevard and Poenkareova Street, a huge complex occupying 60,000 square meters, will soon be razed to the ground.

The former stars of the Yugoslav industry (such as Cotton Combine - Serbian: Pamucni Kombinat, Sutjeska), that relied on the old railway route in the capital and the Port of Danube, have long been abandoned and left to decay.

However, this is now private property and the time has come to implement a project prepared for this space.

It will be a new residential and commercial structure in Belgrade.

That's why these days one can see machines tearing down abandoned industrial complexes, as was the case this morning in Despota Stefana Boulevard.
