Austrian police issue urgent statement regarding disappearance of 2-year-old Danka Ilic

The Austrian police today reacted regarding a video taken at a tram station in Vienna, which is believed to show little Danka Ilic, who disappeared near Bor, eastern Serbia, on March 26.

The Austrian police announced that the child seen in the video is probably little Danka.
"After relatives of the missing girl looked at the pictures, it is assumed that this is very likely the missing girl from Serbia. The Vienna police asked for the video frames to be published, by order of the public prosecutor," a statement said.
The Austrian police also appeal on anyone who might have seen these two women to contact them immediately.
"The tip-offs are anonymous, call 01-31310-33800 or contact any police station," a statement addded.
Danka Ilic disappeared on March 26 in Banjsko Polje, a settlement near Bor, and has been searched for intensively ever since.
On March 30, a resident of Vienna, originally from these parts, filmed a girl who looks like little Danka accompanied by two unknown women, most likely Romanian citizens, while they were at a tram station.
After that, Interpol issued a yellow search notice, while the criminal police in Austria immediately got involved in the search for the missing Serbian girl.
