"When 24 of the 705 members of the European Parliament vote in favor of a resolution to interfere in Serbia's internal affairs, it is clear that Mr. Roth is politically completely isolated and far less respectable than the Germany he is trying to represent," said the founder of the Movement of Socialists, Aleksandar Vulin.

He was referring to to Michael Roth, chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the German Bundestag, who addressed President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, telling him that there are no free elections in Serbia.

According to Vulin, this is not the first time that German politicians have tried to set up the authorities in Serbia according to their will.

"German emperors and chancellors, from Bismarck, through Hitler and Kohl, did it, each in their own way, but with the same goal that inspires Mr. Roth, so that they, rather than the Serbians themselves, would decide who rules Serbia. The same way their actions went, is how Roth's will too, I just hope with fewer misfortunes for both Serbia and Germany," continued Vulin.

According to him, the European Union is only distancing Serbia from itself with such statements.

"And let the European Union continue to try to meddle in Serbia's affairs, because what they do not understand in Brussels is that the Serbs love freedom, so any similar attempt to enslave Serbia by the EU will only further distance them from the EU, and bring them closer to BRICS. Go ahead gentlemen from the European Union, such help is welcome," he said.
