US Ambassador to Serbia Christopher Hill assessed today that the attack on the Pride Info Center on January 7 in Belgrade is a criminal act and expressed his expectation that the perpetrators will be found and punished.

During his visit to the center, Hill told journalists that in a city like Belgrade, things like the attack on the Pride info center should not happen.
Hill stressed that this is not his first visit to the center and that he thinks the people who work there are doing a fantastic job trying to bring the gay community closer to society.
An unknown person attacked and broke the window of the Pride Info Center in Kralja Milana Street on Christmas Day (Jan. 7 in Serbia) around 4 pm, the organization announced.
