Four hooligans attacked a teenager in Belgrade and inflicted physical injuries on him. According to eyewitnesses, it all happened near a well-known shopping center.

"When I parked my car, I saw four young men chasing another, also young. He was running away with a bloodied head while the attackers threw stones at him and chased him holding a belt. He ran across the street to save his life, the cars almost ran him over because the traffic in that place is very busy," one of the eyewitnesses who recorded the whole incident on camera told RINA.

The police soon arrived at the scene, found the injured teen and took a statement from him.

"This is terrible, what is happening with our youth. It's the last times. This has to stop because it will only get worse. The authorities must react and make the penalties more strict so that something like this isn't happening all the time. In Japan, such delinquents are publicly shamed in front of the nation on television or their name is put on a website that has a database of problematic people, and then no one will hire them," he eyewitness added.
