Jarinje administrative crossing is finally opened
From September 24, movement from the direction of Leposavic to Raska was allowed, but not in the opposite direction
The administrative crossing of Jarinje is open from the direction of central Serbia towards Kosovo and Metohija, it has been confirmed for RTS by an employee at the checkpoint.
Jarinje was opened 22 days after the event in Banjska. From September 24, movement from the direction of Leposavic to Raska was allowed, but not in the opposite direction.
It was possible to leave Kosovo via the Jarinje and Brnjak administrative crossings, but passenger cars and even pedestrians could not enter it.
The Brnjak crossing was opened for traffic and pedestrians on October 4, but Jarinje still remained closed because, as deputy commander of the police of so-called Kosovo for the north Veton Elsani said at the time, there were "searches on the ground."
