Brnabic: Surreal change in opposition's position regarding early elections

Prime Minister of Serbia and representative of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) for Belgrade Ana Brnabic has assessed the opposition's stance towards elections as surreal - in that it has drastically changed since last week compared to everything they said in July and August.
"Opposition in July and August - 'Elections are not a topic! If they are called, there will be citizens in the streets, civil disobedience, strikes, blockades'. Opposition in September - 'We demand elections! If we don't win, we will be in the streets!'," Brnabic posted on the social network X (Twitter), Tanjug reported.
Brnabic also added, "(there's) The election list 'It's there, but then again is' - and added that this was, "surreal."
A part of the opposition that has been organizing the "Serbia Against Violence" protests submitted on Monday to the Presidency of Serbia a request to call early parliamentary elections.
