The Prosecutor's Office of the Tuzla Canton has issued official information regarding the horrific crime that took place today in Gradacac, reports Klix.ba.

According to Admir Arnautovic, a spokesman for the Prosecutor's Office, three people were killed today in the area of Gradacac, and three more were wounded. They are adults. (Bosnian media earlier said that one of the victims was a child.)

Suspect Nermin Sulejmanovic (35), a native of Gradacac, was located by the police in the wider area of Gradacac. He has committed suicide, Arnautovic confirmed.

The spokesman said that Sulejmanovic killed his ex-wife and two men, a father and a son, using a pistol. He then wounded a policeman, and another man and woman at different locations in the town.

"The police are on the ground. The investigation will be carried out by the prosecutor on duty in cooperation with the investigators of the Criminal Police Sector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Tuzla Canton and the police in Gradacac," said Arnautovic.
