Members of the Ministry of Internal Affair (MUP), the Traffic Police Administration, stopped a 47-year-old Croatian citizen who exceeded the speed limit by more than 100 kilometers per hour on the Belgrade-Sid highway. The officers used an interceptor to stop him in the suburbs of Belgrade.
Last night around 8:30 pm, the police stopped the Audi that the Croatian was driving at 231.7 kilometers per hour on the highway in the territory of Dobanovci, where the speed limit is 130 kilometers per hour.
A misdemeanor charge will be filed against the driver for violent driving.
