S.T. (41), who is suspected to have been murdered by Robert M. (39) from the village of Bocar near Novi Becej, judging by her profiles on social networks, often published their photos together in which they seemed like a "happy couple" - although, unofficial reports say, there was a history of violence.

Today, Robert should present his defense before the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zrenjanin. Otherwise, the suspect in this crime was previously in prison in Austria for possession of narcotics.
According to neighbors, he had beaten his wife the previous day. She went to a friend's place, but the abuser lured her back.
Not long after, he cut her throat with a knife, then tried to kill his own brother.
