He posted pictures prior to the crash on Instagram, showing him having fun at the party.
A young man (20) who was in the passenger seat was admitted to the hospital in Vrsac with minor injuries.
Telegaraf.rs has learned that the driver who died had a learner's license.
The cause of the tragedy will be known after the investigation has been complete.
