An extraordinary press conference will be held in the Government of Serbia starting at 13:15 today, on the occasion of the tragedy that occurred at the school in central Belgrade.
Minister of Education Branko Ruzic, Minister of Health Danica Grujicic and a representative of the Ministry of Interior will speak.
The evacuation of students from the Vladislav Ribnikar Elementary School was in progress this morning through Svetozara Markovica Street, i.e., the educational institution's second exit.
According to information available thus far eight students and a security guard lost their lives in the mass school shooting in Belgrade.
Meeting between Vesic and Cubrilovic canceled
The meeting between Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Goran Vesic and Minister of Transport and Communications of the Serb Republic (RS) Nedeljko Cubrilovic, which was supposed to take place today in Bijeljina, was canceled due to the shooting that happened this morning at an elementary school in Belgrade.
Vesic and Cubrilovic were to discuss works on the construction of the highway Kuzmin-Sremska Raca, a bridge over the Sava River, and the continuation of cooperation in the field of infrastructure.
