Soot, smoke, bare structure: That's left of a raft that burned this morning, fire destroyed family business
Firefighters and police are still at the scene
Only soot and the bare structure remained of a raft on which a fire broke out this morning, and as our reporter at the scene said, there was still some smoke coming out of it.
The fire broke out on a 100-square-meter raft on the Sava Quay in Belgrade.
As the owner, who did not want to be on camera, told us, a family business burned down.
"My family lived from that, we don't know what caused the fire," he told Telegraf.rs.
About 25 firefighters were deployed to put it out. The blaze has been localized, and efforts are being made to extinguish it completely, which will happen shortly.
Our reporter says that firefighters are still present as well as the police.
According to what we have learned, fortunately nobody has been injured.
The fire broke out around 6 o'clock.
