By order of the Higher Public Prosecutor in Belgrade, the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption has put together a case in order to verify information published on certain portals, in connection with the content of the conversation from a meeting that representatives of the City of Belgrade Administration held in the City Assembly during April 2023 with representatives of a foreign company, Kentkart.

On this occasion, the Prosecutor's Office sent to the Administration of the City of Belgrade a request to submit documentation related to the contract for the provision of services of the said company, as well as a statement on the manner in which this contract was awarded, i.e. concluded.

Also, the Prosecutor's Office requests that a report on the monitoring of the implementation of the contract in question be submitted, as well as documentation on measures possibly taken, and negotiations regarding annexes, extensions, termination or annulment of the contract.

The submission is also requested of the minutes from all working, i.e. official meetings held with the representatives of this company, information on whether the meetings were audio-visually documented, a report on all persons present at the meetings, and whether information is known about the origin of the publicly released recording, allegedly made during one of the meetings.

Official notes, statements of representatives of the City Administration who were authorized to take actions related to the regulation of the business relationship with the said company, if they were made, should also be submitted to the Prosecutor's Office.
