President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic met today with a delegation of the International Monetary Fund and pointed out that they assessed the situation in Serbia as stable and praised the high level of foreign investments.

"The IMF delegation assessed that we are working well, but we agreed that there are still many things that need to be improved, especially concerning the functioning of public enterprises. The situation was assessed as stable and favorable, and IMF representatives praised the high level of foreign investments in our country," Vucic stated on his Instagram account.

The prime minister of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, met yesterday with the IMF delegation and on that occasion pointed out that Serbia is achieving good economic results, despite numerous challenges, and that the current priority is the restructuring of the energy sector.
