The two murder suspects are appearing before the prosecutor today
The minor girl who was arrested on Saturday for assisting in the murder of Ranko Radosevic (54) in Rusanj, Belgrade, had the role to, together with her boyfriend, persuade the victim to come to the cafe where he was killed, Telegraf has learned.
Unofficially, it is said that she claimed she was selling a car and that if he wanted to test drive it, she would bring it to a gas station. The police intercepted 13 messages they exchanged. Not knowing what was in store for him, Radosevic came there on Thursday. Seven shots were fired at him, five in the body, two in the head.
The minor is charged with two crimes - complicity in aggravated murder and illegal production, possession and trafficking of weapons and explosive materials.
"She is a child of divorced parents. She lived in an apartment with her boyfriend, who is one of the suspects in the murder of Radosevic. There is no evidence that she directly participated in the murder, but her role was to lure in the target," says our source close to the investigation.
At the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, the suspects in his murder, Stefan Z. (28) and Luka V. (26), will present their defense today.
The investigation
"A lot of evidence points to the fact that the arrested persons committed the crime they are charged with. During the arrest, a pistol was found in the apartment, which is being examined, next, the two suspects were recorded by cameras walking away from the scene of the crime, during which a mask slipped off the face of one of them, and he has been easily identified.
Then, a Golf 4 was found, which is suspected to have been set on fire by them, and is believed to have been used as a getaway car from the crime scene. Then, 13 phone messages that they they exchanged with Radosevic have been discovered, in which they agreed on the sale of the car, and DNA was also taken from the cafe where he was killed.
The juvenile has been detained for 30 days, and she is charged with complicity in aggravated murder and illegal production, possession, and trafficking of weapons and explosive materials. According to the information we have, the murder was ordered by the Kavac Clan (a Montenegrin crime gang), but the name of the person who did it is not known, Radosevic was otherwise marked as a high-ranking member of the Skaljari Clan (the rival, also Montenegrin criminal organization)," the source from the investigation told us.
The murder suspects, judging by the video of the arrest, were very relaxed, the police found them in their "home" edition. According to a video released by the Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) they were located in an apartment in New Belgrade they rented per day. The video shows a pistol lying among some snacks. One suspect was in his underwear, the other had pink slippers on.
