Vucic: Serbia will win despite the challenges, it continues to grow faster and stronger
President Vucic reflected on the most important events that happened during the previous week
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said yesterday that, despite all the difficulties that await us, Serbia will continue to grow and progress, faster and stronger, to the benefit of all its citizens.
In a post on Instagram, Vucic said that the past week was marked by the catastrophic earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
"Serbia was among the first to send aid, and will continue to do that according to its capabilities," Vucic stressed.
The president, along with a video showing the most important events of the past week, wrote that in the conversation with the ambassadors of the Quint countries to the OSCE, he once again pointed out the necessity of fulfilling the obligations undertaken so far.
"Despite all the difficulties that await us, Serbia will continue to grow and progress, faster and stronger, for the benefit of all its citizens, both young and old. That's why, at the meeting to mark 100 years of the pension system in Serbia, I talked with our elderly fellow citizens about the benefits they can expect in the coming period. It is our smallest sign of gratitude for the understanding, discipline and sacrifice they showed during the difficult but successfully implemented reforms," wrote Vucic and said that Serbia will win.
