President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic says that he offered a conversation and consultations to all political actors in order to inform them about everything that Serbia is facing, but that some of them refused, and announced that he would appear in the National Assembly to answer all questions.

In a video message Aleksandar Vucic published on the Instagram account "buducnostsrbijeav" he stressed that two days ago he told the truth about all the problems that Serbia is facing with regard to Kosovo and Metohija.

"I didn't hide anything from you. I said how and how much we fought and how we intend to fight in the future for our country," said Vucic.

He added that he offered all political actors a conversation and consultations in order to familiarize themselves with the pressure and everything that Serbia is facing.

"They said they didn't want to talk, or at least a good part of them didn't want a public demonstration, a performance of their political activities. I'm sorry that they didn't understand that the country is more important than political interests of any party, any of us. My obligation is to, while respecting the parliament, meet all their demands. I will appear in the National Assembly, answer all questions and fight for Kosovo and Metohija and our Serbia," said Vucic.

He also wrote that "the state of Serbia and its interests must always come before partisan and individual interests."

"Only together and united can we fight for a better future for our country," said Vucic.
