Vucic in Davos at Belgian royal couple's reception: Prime Minister De Croo thanks president for attending

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic attended last night a panel on the strengthening of European industry, organized by Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, as well as an official reception hosted by Belgian King Philippe and Queen Mathilde.

The Belgian prime minister said that he was honored that the event was attended by, among others, the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

De Croo thanked Vucic for coming to the reception.

"I am honored that you are all here in the presence of the king and queen of Belgium, and also the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic," said the prime minister of Belgium.

Vucic stated on the Instagram account "buducnostsrbije" that he had a friendly conversation with De Croo.

"I am especially happy to attend the panel on the strengthening of European industry, organized by Alexander De Croo, and the official reception hosted by Belgian King Philippe and Queen Mathilde," said Vucic.

Vucic arrived in Davos on Tuesday, where he will attend the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum that lasts until January 19.

Earlier in the day, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, the president of Serbia met with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and the founder and CEO of Affinity Partners, Jared Kushner.
