My husband witnesses search for Ana, thinks they found her: Lauren reveals details of Walshe case to Telegraf

Telegraf reporter in Boston Zorica Radulovic spoke with the wife of a man who worked in the Cohasset area, near the Walshe family home

While the police continue their investigation into the disappearance of Ana Walshe in Massachusetts, Telegraf.rs journalist Zorica Radulovic, who is currently in Boston, is talking to people who are in some way familiar with the events that have been occupying the attention of the US and Serbian public for days.

Our reporter in Boston spoke with the wife of a man who worked in the area, near the house of the missing Serbian woman.

She told Telegraf that her husband worked in the Cohasset area near the Walshe family home, where Ana was reportedly last seen on January 1.

"He told me that last weekend was the first time he saw a lot of police, helicopters flying over, the Coast Guard was also involved, state police, local police, a lot of vehicles were there, as well as an ambulance. He thinks they found her, but are not announcing it," the woman, Lauren, told Telegraf.

Lauren also says that she only knows about the case from what she learns about it in the media. She first heard about it on social media and says there were a lot of posts when Ana Walshe disappeared. Since she lives in Quincy, which is about 25 minutes from Cohasset, the news caught her attention.

Asked by the Telegraf journalist what she thinks about this case, Lauren replied that she thinks "Brian (the missing woman's husband) did it."

"They have a surveillance camera on their doorstep, I think they (police) have a lot more information than we know," she said.

Earlier, Telegraf obtained a photo of a police document that shows they are on the trail of new evidence in the case of the missing Belgrade-born woman.

This is a document that states that on Jan. 8, a man contacted Cohasset police and said he had security camera footage that could be helpful in the investigation.

According to new information, the disappearance of Ana Walshe was reported by her employer from Washington, Tishman Speyer, after the Belgrade woman did not show up at work.

This refutes the reports that her husband Brian and the company reported her missing at the same time on January 4.

Police searching for Ana, a mother of three sons and a resident of Massachusetts originally from Belgrade, discovered blood and a damaged knife in the basement of the family home in Cohasset, while biological evidence was isolated from a landfill.

Her husband, Brian Walshe, was arrested a short time later for obstructing the investigation and the bail was set at $500,000.
