All the barricades in the north of Kosovo and Metohija have been removed, reports Tanjug.

Barricades were put up in Rudare near Zvecan, Ibarska Slatina, Leska, not far from Leposavic, in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica and in Zubin Potok.

After the barricades were set up, the Kosovo police closed the Jarinje and Brnjak administrative crossings. Pristina media previously reported that Jarinje and Branjak are still closed to traffic, although the barricades have been removed.

The Kosovo police did not respond to Pristina media outlet Koha when they asked when those administrative crossings will be opened.

Serbs in the north of Kosovo and Metohija were on the barricades for 19 days after unlawful arrests of fellow Serbs and the arrival of special units of the Kosovo police to the north of Kosovo and Metohija.
