Serbs in the north of Kosovo and Metohija have been on the barricades for ten days now protesting against the arrests of their compatriots and the presence of the Kosovo police in the north of the province.

Barricades have been erected in the municipalities of Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposavic.

The Jarinje and Brnjak administrative crossings are closed, since the Kosovo police shut them down them after the Serbs started protests and set up barricades.

Starting today, elementary school students in the northern Kosovo and Metohija will return to school, while high school students will continue their classes online, reports RTS.
