The ceremony of the signing of co-called Kosovo's request to join the European Union is being held today, writes Telegrafi.

The signing ceremony is attended by officials of so-called Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, President of the Assembly Glauk Konjufca and Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
A few months ago, self-proclaimed Kosovo applied for membership in the Council of Europe (CoE).
