In the main street of northern Kosovska Mitrovica, as well as on the city's promenade, a large number of graffiti appeared Sunday morning calling on citizens to show resistance.
"From November 21, 2022, it is the responsibility of everyone, resistance at every step. Brigade North," the graffiti read, reports Kosovo Online.
The decision of Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Kosovo Albin Kurti to force re-registration (of local Serbs' license plates) and the announcement that from November 21 all those who keep their previous, KM plates, i.e. do not re-register to the "RKS" variety will be fined 150 euros, has been criticized on several occasions both from Washington and Brussels, as by the opposition in Pristina.

"Urgently needed is political will for deescalation and compromises based on Brussels agreements!," Rode also wrote.
Ministers of the EU member states are meeting on Monday in Brussels, where they will discuss the Western Balkans, that is, the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
