Here's the part of the oath taken by Serbian Government ministers that concerns Kosovo and Metohija
The Serbian National Assembly voted to elect the government with 157 deputies in favor, 68 against and no abstentions, while 25 out of the 250 deputies were not in the hall
Each new minister was under obligation to take the oath of office.
The ceremony took place on October 26, 2022, when the new government's mandate started.

The part of the oath that concerns Kosovo and Metohija:
"I do swear my loyalty to the Republic of Serbia and I pledge on my honor to respect the Constitution and the laws, perform the duties of a government member conscientiously and responsibly, and be devoted to preserving Kosovo and Metohija within the Republic of Serbia."
