Man from Uzice caught driving at early dawn with 3.62 blood alcohol content

Members of the traffic police in Uzice stopped a 46-year-old man driving a BMW and excluded him from traffic after measuring that he had 3.62 blood alcohol content (BAC).

The legal limit in Serbia is 0.2.

A police patrol stopped him this morning in Kurlagina Street.

The driver will be held for up to 12 hours and then taken before a misdemeanor judge in this western Serbia town.
