Novak Djokovic has an army of fans all over the world, and wherever he appears in tournaments, there are also members of his fan family - "NoleFam" - there.

Unfortunately, that family has lost a member, as Amy, one of Nole's biggest fans, has passed away.

The news of Amy's death was announced on Twitter by another one of Novak's big fans, Julie, who has recently been the most prominent among the "NoleFam" members.

"Just got the news of Amy’s passing. Rest In Peace, Amy. Thank you for the super fun times we had in 2019. NoleFam will miss you. Sad beyond words," Julie wrote and posted a photo of her and Amy holding the Serbian flag and messages of support for Novak.

NoleFam fans have been fighting for years for Novak to be treated properly in the media, they defended Djokovic during the problematic situation in Australia, but also now when that he is still not allowed to play at the US Open because he did not get vaccinated.

There is hope that in the next few days the law will change in the US and allow unvaccinated foreigners to enter the country, as time is running out, since the US Open starts on August 30.
