This is the defense of the babysitter from who kidnapped a 40-day-old baby: Her ex-partner was also questioned
J.J. took the baby from the mother and said they were going for a walk, but then took it to her former partner's house and said it was their son
Yesterday, the police in Krusevac arrested J.J. (35), suspected of kidnapping a boy by taking him to her former partner D.S. (40), and as she stated, she did that because she wanted to "win back his love."
Namely, she introduced the kidnapped toddler as their son.
"Apparently J.J. spent several months planning how to win over D.S. She was looking for a job as a babysitter so she could pass off a child as her own. So a few days ago she was hired by a mother who has a 40-day-old boy," explains our source.
J.J. at one point yesterday said that she would go out for a walk with the baby. She used this opportunity and took it to her ex-partner's house. The frightened mother called the police and reported this truly unusual case.
"She told him that she gave birth a month and a half ago and that it was their son. The persuasion was interrupted by the police who broke into the house and arrested the woman. She immediately confessed to everything. D.S. was also questioned and confirmed that they were in a relationship, but that he knew nothing about a pregnancy."
The police announced yesterday that thanks to their quick and efficient reaction, they found a 40-day-old baby who was reported missing by its mother.
Namely, the mother called the police and said that her baby was taken for a walk by the occasional babysitter and that she did not return at the agreed time, as well as that she was not available on the phone.
The police immediately started the search and the baby was soon found in the house of the babysitter's former boyfriend.
The baby was found without any injuries, and the police are continuing to work on shedding light on all the circumstances of this event.
