B.J. (53) from Nis died in the explosion of a hand grenade that he himself activated.

The tragedy happened yesterday in the family home where B.J. lived with his wife and two children, in a neighborhood in Nis.
The police and emergency services were alerted by neighbors after they heard a loud explosion in the house of the victim. An ambulance crew could only pronounce him dead, as the device exploded and destroyed his left arm, and chest.
It was established that there are no circumstances that would indicate that the death of B.J. was the consequence of a criminal act.
According to his acquaintances, he suffered from depression in recent months, but nobody expected the worst outcome.
