The Government of the Republic of Serbia made a decision today to lift the ban on export of wheat and corn.

As confirmed for our portal, the decision was made following an analysis of the current situation and stocks of wheat after the harvest.

Free exports will be in effect until the beginning of the fall, when a new assessment regarding key grains will be made, and further steps will be taken accordingly.

The government also decided decision to approve export of 4,000 tons of refined sunflower oil.
