The visit of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergei Lavrov was planned for today, and according to the latest information published by the spokesperson of that ministry, Maria Zakharova, Serbia's neighboring countries closed the airspace to the minister's plane (due to sanctions).
Russia's foreign minister will hold a press conference at 1 pm Moscow time instead of going to Serbia, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, RIA reports.
