Telegraf.rs has learned that the driver of a BMW who participated in a serious traffic accident on the Pancevo Bridge in Belgrade yesterday has been detained by the police.

He is a German citizen who lives and works in Serbia.
He has been detained on suspicion of causing a traffic accident on the Pancevo Bridge, i.e., for committing serious acts against public traffic safety.
A prosecutor was at the scene to conduct an investigation and ordered that all necessary evidence gathering actions be performed. The suspect will be brought before the prosecutor for questioning tomorrow.
