There were no interested buyers today for one of the symbols of Belgrade, Genex Tower (Geneks Kula, also known as Belgrade Western Gate), so the sale was declared unsuccessful.

The Agency for Licensing of Bankruptcy Trustees announced that the structure - whose owner is Generalexport, which has declared bankruptcy - did not get a new owner.

The Genex Tower in New Belgrade was offered at a public tender for a starting price of slightly over two billion dinars.

This office building is one of the towers of the Genex Gate, and one of the symbols of Belgrade.

The property offered for sale includes 28 business premises with an area of almost 15,000 square meters, as well as a garage spreading on about 9,000 square meters.
