"Financial terrorists" send threats to Serbian clinic: KC Vojvodina says it has undertaken "all measures"

The Novi Sad police bomb squad was on Wednesday afternoon searching the Clinical Center of Vojvodina (KC Vojvodina) after a bomb threat was received, the Police Administration of Novi Sad confirmed for Tanjug.

The Clinical Center of Vojvodina also confirmed the information and said that they have taken all necessary measures to protect patients.

The clinic added that such reports make their work more difficult.

According to Tanjug, two emails arrived at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina just before 2 pm, signed by people calling themselves "financial terrorists."

This was the first report of an alleged bomb planted in Novi Sad, after a series of similar reports concerning Belgrade.
