Prime Minister of Serbia Ana Brnabic said today that the request submitted by Pristina for so-called Kosovo to join the Council of Europe is a violation of all agreements signed so far, primarily the Washington Agreement, which she said was not strange after ten years of violating and not implementing the Brussels Agreement.

"This move of theirs for membership in the Council of Europe is the culmination of cynicism," Brnabic said in Dubai, where she signed a Memorandum of Exchange of Experiences with Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the United Arab Emirates Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi.

Pristina has violated the Washington Agreement, she stated and stressed that Serbia will continue with the campaign to get countries to withdraw their recognition of so-called Kosovo.

"Everything else will be discussed at the session of the Council for National Security," she said, when asked by the Serbian press about Serbia's response to this move by Pristina.

Brnabic is a member of the National Security Council, but she said she would not be able to attend today's session, because she would be ending her visit to the UAE on Friday.

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic stated in Dubai, where a memorandum on the exchange of experiences regarding development and modernization of the government in the field of digitization was signed with the United Arab Emirates, that we will have an elaborated action plan for its implementation next week.

"We agreed to have the most concrete action plan next week so that this would not remain a dead letter," the prime minister told reporters from Serbia after signing the memorandum.

The signed memorandum envisages exchange of knowledge and experience in nine areas, including artificial intelligence, creative industry, digital economy, eGovernment and science.
