According to unofficial information, the explosive device that was thrown last night in Belgrade's Lekino Brdo neighborhood targeted the wrong house, and it was allegedly supposed to intimidate the owner of the home next to the one where the explosion took place. People who live in the house that was targeted by the hand grenade say they are in shock.

The explosive device damaged walls, a shed and a car belonging to the people who live there.

"The attacker wanted to intimidate a man who lives next to M.M., but he got the wrong yard. The police retreived cameras from the scene where the explosion took place and are looking for the perpetrator," a source from investigation told us.

The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade is investigating the case of the hand grenade thrown after midnight in the yard of the family house owned by M.M. on Lekino Brdo.

The explosion caused minor material damage to the house, and no one was injured. The prosecution, in cooperation with the police, is working on finding the perpetrators of this crime.

For now, two unknown perpetrators are suspects, and it is believed that this was supposed to intimidate not of the owner of this house, but a person who lives in the immediate vicinity and who is known to the police from before.
