Genex Tower is for sale: Bidding on May 23, this is the starting price
The tower spreads on 14,943 square meters in 28 separate parts
Genex Tower (Geneks Kula), also known as Belgrade Western Gate, has been offered for sale, at a starting price of two billion dinars, Generalexport's bankruptcy trustee announced today.
The tower consists of 14,943 square meters in 28 separate parts, business premises in unregistered ownership of 1,450 square meters, and business and garage spaces, as a separate part of the building in an area of 6,445 square meters.
The public bidding for Genex Tower is scheduled for May 23. Generalexport has been in bankruptcy procedure since 2015, while a decision on bankruptcy was made in 2017.
As a holding company with the status of a social enterprise, it was engaged in international and domestic trade, hotels, hospitality and air transport.
