Kustendorf 2022 festival to be held May 6-10 on Mt. Mokra Gora: Competition program announced
To mark one hundred years since the birth of Italian film director Pier Paolo Pasolini, a retrospective program will feature films by this great author
The 15th Kustendorf film festival will be held from May 6 to 10, 2022 in Drvengrad, on Mt. Mokra Gora, under the slogan, "Devastating and wonderful beauty of creation," with guests, and in front of an audience. The festival was to be held in January but got postponed due to the pandemic.
To mark one hundred years since the birth of Italian film director Pier Paolo Pasolini, a retrospective program will feature films by this great author. The slogan of the festival comes from a short film by Pasolini, titled, "What Are the Clouds?"
The competition program of the 15th Kustendorf will feature 15 films that at the same time represent trends in recent production of short films, but also stand out for the authenticity of their author's views and the skill of filmmaking.

The competition program will be screened, along with the festival's other programs, between May 6 and 10 in Drvengrad (Mecavnik) on Mt. Mokra Gora, in western Serbia. Film directors competing for the awards of Kustendorf 2022 are invited to the festival, organizers announced.
