Vulin: "Albin Kurti has killed the Brussels Agreement"
Serbian judge Ljiljana Stevanovic was removed from Kosovo institutions
Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin says that by removing Judge Ljiljana Stevanovic and expelling Serbs from institutions in Kosovo and Metohija, Albin Kurti killed the Brussels Agreement "which no longer exists after this decision."
"By expelling Serbs from institutions in Kosovo and Metohija, Kurti has killed the Brussels Agreement, which no longer exists after this decision. This is the first step towards dragging Serbia into armed conflicts in Kosovo and Metohija, which the Siptars (Albanians) are obviously preparing. Unless the European Union, which is the sponsor of the Brussels Agreement, immediately convenes a meeting in Brussels and stops any violent actions directed against Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, then we can rightly say that Kurti's attack did not originate from his own hate-poisoned head. Whatever the coming days bring, it is certain that Serbia has done everything to preserve peace and that all the responsibility for the stability of the region is now on the European Union, KFOR and Kurti. Serbia and Aleksandar Vucic will not leave their people unsupported," said Minister of the Interior Aleksandar Vulin, according to a statement from the Ministry of the Interior (MUP).
Ana Brnabic: Kurti undermines peace and stability with each of his decisions
Prime Minister of Serbia Ana Brnabic commented on her Twitter account on the removal of Judge Ljiljana Stevanovic, writing that the brutal violence against Serbs in the southern Serbian province continues.
"The brutal violence against Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija continues. With each of his decision, Kurti undermines peace and stability on a daily basis, violates international agreements and denies basic human rights to our people in Kosovo and Metohija. The Brussels Agreement is dead," wrote Ana Brnabic.
On the order of Albin Kurti, Serb judge Ljiljana Stevanovic was removed from Kosovo institutions, the president of Serbia announced on Instagram, along with the note, "Urgent."
