N.M. from Serbia was killed in a business building in Chicago that is owned by a Macedonian, Telegraf.rs has learned. According to initial information, the victim is originally from the town of Kragujevac.
A woman from Serbia was also injured in the shooting.
An unknown person opened fire in the business premises, after which he fled the scene, but when the police surrounded him, he shot himself in the head, NBC reported.
The incident reportedly happened at around 3 pm local time in a company whose owner is originally from (North) Macedonia, while the Serbian man who got killed and the injured Serbian woman, as well as the attacker, were employees of that company.
