An incredible sight was recorded in the Special Nature Reserve Uvac, when a wildcat, that is very rarely seen, appeared, and it was caught by the Reserve's cameras.

She came to a feeding ground set up for large animals.

This cat is difficult to spot, as we have already reported, because she is not only a rare, but an endangered species.

As a ranger in the Uvac Reserve told a regional agency earlier, he had the opportunity to see her only once before, about ten years ago.

She is very rare in this, southwestern part of Serbia, but about 1,000 of these animals have been registered in the province Vojvodina in the north.

According to the Reserve's description, the wildcat, Felis silvestris, is what's seen in the video.

"In addition to the fact that she is rare and endangered, she lives hidden and is mostly active at night, so we rarely have the opportunity to encounter her," announced this institution.
