President Vucic meets with Russian Ambassador Kharchenko to discuss current regional, global topics

Ambassador Botsan Kharchenko informed President Vucic about the talks that the Russian Federation is having with the US and NATO. President Vucic pointed out to the issues related to the situation in Kosovo and Metohija - the Office of the President of the Republic said in a statement

President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic today received Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Serbia Aleksandr Botsan Kharchenko, with whom he discussed topics related to bilateral relations, as well as current regional and global topics.

President Vucic and Ambassador Botsan Kharchenko stressed the readiness of the two countries for close cooperation on an entire spectrum of issues, expressing satisfaction with the constant strengthening of economic cooperation. In that sense, they discussed the future exchange of visits between officials of the two countries.

"The two interlocutors discussed the situation in the east of Europe, and Ambassador Botsan Kharchenko informed President Vucic about the talks the Russian Federation is having with the United States and NATO.

President Vucic pointed out to the issues related to the situation in Kosovo and Metohija," the president's press service said.
