Banja Vrujci is in the municipality of Mionica, between Mionica and Ljig - a destination that Belgraders often go to for an extended weekend.

Considering that it is less than a hundred kilometers away from Belgrade, and that the tourist facilities are well developed, it is not surprising that Banja Vrujci is so popular among the residents of the capital.

But not only with them; visitors from all over Serbia come to this spa, rich in thermal waters with an average temperature of 27 degrees Celsius.

Also, there are more and more returnees from abroad who have decided to spend their retirement in the beautiful ambience of Banja Vrujci, where they are building magnificent homes.

Near the spa are many picnic areas, monasteries and cultural and historical monuments. In addition to the monasteries of Bogovađa, Lelic and Celije, as well as the Divcibare mountain resort, Ravna Gora and Rajac, as well as Ribnica Cave is also nearby.

Only a few kilometers away is Struganik, the birthplace of the legendary Serbian military leader Zivojin Misic.

A monument to Duke Misic was erected in the center of Mionica on the 70th anniversary of the breakthrough of the Maceodnian Front. It is cast in bronze, stands 3.3 meters tall and is placed on a three meter tall concrete pedestal lined with granite slabs.

The military leader shown on horseback, with a sword in his left hand, has been a symbol of Mionica since 1988, watching over this town.
