President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic has posted a video showing the gifts he has prepared for children from Banija and Kordun in Croatia.
As announced by the presidency, they will be Vucic's guests at the Presidency of Serbia tomorrow.
"Tomorrow, on Christmas Eve, January 6, President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic will receive Serb children from the Republic of Croatia, who are visiting Belgrade for the holiday. On that occasion, the president will talk to the children and distribute Christmas packages and later address the media," a statement said.
In the meantime, the president of Serbia wished a merry Christmas on his Instagram profile. Serbian Orthodox Christians celebrate the holiday on January 7.
"I am looking forward to meeting Serb children from Banija and Kordun and wish a merry Christmas to all Orthodox believers," reads the caption to the post published on the "buducnostsrbijeav" Instagram account.
