As of today, the Michelin Guide has Belgrade and Serbia in its selection, recognizing the local culinary scene and stressing the diversity of the country's gastronomic offer, said the official Michelin website.

The Michelin Guide now includes 14 Belgrade restaurants, of which Iva New Balkan Cuuisine has been given the "Bib Gourmand" award as a restaurant of top gastronomic quality that offers excellent value for money.

According to the usual practice in all Michelin destinations, the selection of restaurants in Belgrade was done by anonymous and independent inspectors, and the restaurants were evaluated in accordance with the general and uniform criteria of the Michelin Guide.

The international director of Michelin Guides, Gwendal Poullenne, stated that with this, Belgrade will become a Michelin choice, which will contribute to its reputation.
